Donation Refund Policy

 

Safe Start Initiative is grateful for every donation received. Your generosity helps us provide food, education, healthcare assistance, clothing, and other essential support to children and families in need.

Because charitable donations are used promptly to support our mission, all donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

 

Refund Requests

 

If you believe your donation was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, when appropriate, issue a refund.

 

Recurring Donations

 

If you have set up recurring donations, you may cancel future donations at any time by contacting us or by managing your recurring donation through the payment provider.

Please note that donations already processed before cancellation are generally not refundable.

 

Payment Processing Errors

 

If a duplicate payment or processing error occurs, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund.
